ēmmē gift vouchers can be redeemed across breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Digital Vouchers

Digital vouchers are sent instantly by email. Simply fill out the details with your personal message, and we’ll deliver it straight to their inbox.

Physical Vouchers

Physical vouchers take 24–48 business hours to prepare. We will email you the moment your gift voucher is ready for collection.

All physical vouchers are collected from ēmmē restaurant 9am–4pm Mon–Fri, located at Shop 3, 22 James Street, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006.

Terms and Conditions

  • ēmmē vouchers are redeemable for dining across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable. No change or cash back will be given for any unused balance.
  • ēmmē voucher is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
  • Electronic vouchers are emailed immediately upon purchase. Physical vouchers are subject to a 24–48 business hour processing time and must be collected in person from the restaurant.
  • ēmmē is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
  • Gift vouchers are intended for personal gifting only. They may not be used as promotional prizes or for commercial purposes. ēmmē reserves the right to cancel or refund any vouchers used for unauthorized commercial or promotional activities.
