From our early mornings serving breakfast pitas, ceremonial matcha, and Five Senses batch brew, to our evenings fuelled by woodfire cooking and a curated European wine list — ēmmē is a place to gather, linger, and feel at home.
At ēmmē, we celebrate the beauty of imperfection — drawing from the Japanese philosophy of Wabi-Sabi. Expect charred edges, seasonal ingredients, and dishes kissed by fire and smoke.
